• "I want a new Ultimate Attack!" - Teaches you an Ultimate Attack. This can be pretty awesome, especially if you’re looking to expand your moveset. Worth it!
• "I want a new Super Attack!" - Similar to the Ultimate Attack wish, but... well, it's a Super Attack. Less impactful, but still useful.
• "I want a second chance at life!" - Lets you redistribute your attribute points. Absolutely invaluable! If you messed up your build, this is your get-out-of-jail-free card. I highly recommend using it if you're not happy with how your character is built. We all make mistakes, no shame in it!

My Personal Recommendations

Personally, I'd say "I want a second chance at life!" is the most valuable wish. Followed closely by "I want a new Ultimate Attack!" or "I want to grow more!". But hey, it's your wish! Choose what you need most.
