The Less-Good Stuff (But Still Manageable)

Let's be real, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Some of the intro courses can be a bit... crowded. Get there early if you want a decent seat. And be prepared to spend a lot of time in the computer labs. They're not exactly luxurious, but they get the job done. Plus, free printing! (Score!)

And, like any CS program, be prepared for some all-nighters. Debugging is a cruel mistress. Just when you think you've fixed everything, BAM! Another error. So, stock up on caffeine and snacks. You'll need them.

Is UNCW CS Right for You?

But if you want a solid education in computer science, with supportive faculty, and a decent chance of landing a job after graduation, then UNCW is definitely worth considering.
