Power Rangers S.p.d. Cast

The Core Five (Plus One Awesome Doggie!)

First, we gotta talk about Bridge Carson, played by Matt Austin. Our goofy, zen-master-in-the-making, Bridge was the Green Ranger and later the Blue Ranger (and eventually, whoa, the Red Ranger in a future season!). Austin brought a quirky charm to the role that made Bridge super relatable. He's the kind of guy who probably trips over air, but somehow still manages to save the day. Bonus points for the psychic vibes!

Then there's Sky Tate, portrayed by Chris Violette. Sky was our by-the-book, Red Ranger hopeful who had to learn a thing or two about teamwork. Chris Violette played him with a perfect mix of dedication and, let's be honest, a little bit of arrogance at the beginning. It's always fun watching characters grow, right?

Next up, it's Sydney "Syd" Drew, the Pink Ranger, brilliantly played by Alycia Purrott. Syd was a bit of a diva (in the best way!), but she had a heart of gold and some serious fighting skills. Alycia brought a lot of sass and energy to the role, making Syd a total girl-power icon.

And who could forget Jack Landors, the Red Ranger himself, played by Brandon Jay McLaren? Jack was a street-smart thief turned hero, proving that anyone can change for the better. Brandon brought a cool, confident vibe to the role, making Jack a natural leader, even if he didn't always think he was.

Rounding out the original five is Elizabeth "Z" Delgado, the Yellow Ranger, played by Monica May. Z was a kind-hearted and skilled ranger who, like Jack, had a history of petty crime before joining S.P.D. Monica May brought a warmth and compassion to Z that made her instantly likeable.

Now, let's not forget the real leader of S.P.D., the one and only Commander Anubis "Doggie" Cruger, voiced by John Tui! Doggie was the stern, no-nonsense alien commander with a tragic past. John Tui's voice acting was absolutely perfect for the role, giving Doggie a commanding presence and a surprising amount of heart. Plus, he's a dog person... literally! What's not to love?

More Awesome Faces!

S.P.D. had some amazing recurring characters too! We had Katrina Browne as Kat Manx, the brilliant and bubbly S.P.D. technician. Kat was basically the brains behind the operation, inventing all those cool gadgets and vehicles. Every team needs a Kat!

And how about Michelle Langstone as Dr. Katherine "Kat" Manx (Human Form)? She was just as amazing in human form! A fun fact: Kat is the first female ranger mentor to morph into a ranger in the Power Rangers franchise. How cool is that?

Don't forget Barnaby Metschurat as Emperor Gruumm, the menacing villain who gave the Rangers a run for their money! He had that villainous laugh down perfectly.

Where Are They Now?

It's always fun to wonder what the cast is up to these days, right? Many of them have continued acting, appearing in various TV shows and movies. Some have ventured into other creative fields. One thing's for sure, they'll always be Power Rangers to us!
