The "Who Needs a Tank?" Team

I'm just gonna say it. Tanks are overrated. Okay, okay, maybe not completely overrated. But hear me out! What if you just... didn't use one? Instead, you focus on overwhelming the enemy with pure, unadulterated damage? Think something like Squirrel Girl, Gamora, Nebula, Captain Marvel, and, for a little bit of sustain, Minn-Erva.

It's a glass cannon team, for sure. You’ll win fast, or you'll lose faster. But watching Squirrel Girl absolutely annihilate someone with a flurry of rodents? Priceless.

This team is all about making your opponent's life miserable. We're talking stuns, blinds, slows – the whole shebang! Doctor Doom is a must. He is the king of control. Add in someone like Loki to mess with their minds. Then toss in Yellowjacket for his ability to apply debuffs like it's going out of style. Round it out with Emma Frost, because who doesn't love some mind control, and maybe Ebony Maw for extra oomph. Prepare for salt from your opponents.

The "Laughing All the Way to Victory" Team

This one is purely for the joy of it. Forget meta. Forget efficiency. This is about pure, unadulterated chaos. Assemble the goofiest, most unpredictable characters you can find. Howard the Duck absolutely has to be in there. I’m also thinking Deadpool, because, well, Deadpool. Maybe Spider-Ham for extra absurdity. Then throw in someone like Rocket Raccoon for some much needed firepower, and… oh, I don’t know, M.O.D.O.K. for a villainous twist. Winning isn’t the goal here. Making your opponent question their life choices is.

The "I Regret Everything" Team

This is my personal favorite (don't judge me!). The team that looks amazing on paper...until you actually use them. It's the team that you invest all your resources into, only to discover they're about as effective as a screen door on a submarine. We've all been there, right? I'm not going to name specific names (because I don't want to trigger anyone’s PTSD), but you know the feeling. That feeling of sinking resources into a character, and then they do absolutely nothing. Embrace the regret. It builds character (literally).

The "Secretly OP" Team

These are the characters everyone sleeps on. They're under-appreciated, overlooked, and often dismissed as "garbage." But with the right synergy, they can become absolute monsters. Maybe it's a team built around a buffed-up Kingpin, or maybe it's a surprise counter with Mantis. The beauty of this team is the element of surprise. Your opponent sees your team and thinks, "Easy win!" And then BAM! They get absolutely wrecked. Delicious.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "These teams are insane!" And you're probably right. But that's the point! Marvel Strike Force is about having fun. It’s about experimenting. It’s about finding those hidden gems that no one else knows about. So go out there, build some weird teams, and surprise the heck out of your opponents. And remember, even if you lose, at least you lost in style. Right?
