Kpop Comebacks October 2021

October 2021. Remember that month? The leaves were falling, pumpkin spice was everywhere, and Kpop was... well, it was a lot. A whole LOT.
The Comeback Carousel Was Spinning!
Seriously, who had time to breathe? Every day seemed to bring a new teaser, a new tracklist, a new MV. My wallet was weeping. My streaming accounts were begging for mercy.
I'm not complaining, okay? More Kpop is generally a good thing. But October 2021 was like someone mainlined espresso and decided to schedule every single group's return all at once.

Let's Reminisce, Shall We?
Remember Aespa dropping "Savage"? Talk about a banger! The AI concept was still fresh and fascinating. The song was undeniably catchy.
And then there was Lisa from BLACKPINK finally getting her solo debut with "Lalisa." The world went wild! Honestly, the hype was REAL.
Did anyone else feel like they were drowning in content? It was glorious, stressful, and expensive all at the same time.

My Unpopular Opinions (Brace Yourselves!)
Okay, here's where I might lose some of you. Please don't @ me too hard.
While everyone was losing their minds over Lisa's "Lalisa," I was secretly more obsessed with the B-side, "Money." There, I said it!
Don't get me wrong, "Lalisa" is a bop. But "Money" just hit different. It had that swagger, that confidence, that... chef's kiss.

And another thing… Did anyone else think some of the comebacks felt a little... rushed? Like, maybe they could have used another week or two in the oven?
I’m not saying the songs were bad, not at all! Just… maybe not as polished as they could have been. It felt like everyone was scrambling to get their releases out before the end of the year.
The Real Winner: Our Ears
Regardless of my slightly controversial opinions, October 2021 delivered some absolute bangers. We were fed well, Kpop stans. Fed. Very. Well.
From ENHYPEN's "Tamed-Dashed" to ITZY's "Loco," there was something for everyone. It was a true Kpop feast.

And let's not forget NCT 127's "Favorite (Vampire)." That comeback was so cool and very Halloween themed.
Okay, so maybe I'm complaining a little. But honestly, I wouldn't trade that month for anything.
The Takeaway?
October 2021 was a whirlwind of Kpop goodness. It was chaotic. It was overwhelming. It was expensive.

But it was also unforgettable. And it gave us some serious earworms that are still stuck in our heads today.
So, thank you, Kpop gods, for the October 2021 comeback overload. My bank account might hate you, but my ears definitely don't.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go listen to "Money" for the thousandth time. Don't judge me.
