Defeat Leonhard. Seriously. He's standing between you and that sweet, sweet armor.

Loot his corpse and voila! You now possess the Leonhard's garb. Revel in your victory!

Step 6: Enjoy Your New Look (And Prepare for Judgement)

Equip that armor! Strut around Firelink Shrine like you own the place. Bask in the envious stares.

Enjoy the confused glances and the whispers of "Is that...Leonhard's armor?" You've earned it.

Alternative Methods (If You're…Impatient)

Okay, okay, some people don't want to wait. Some people are…practical. There might be other ways.

Option 1: "Accidental" Invasion and…Acquisition

Now, hear me out. You could invade someone as a Mound-Maker. There you might "accidentally" find someone wearing Leonhard's set.

Well, an accident can happen during an invasion and the armor may become your own.
