Dota 2 Offline Mode Problem 2021

Okay, picture this: It's a Friday night. Pizza's ordered, snacks are strategically placed, and you're finally ready to grind some Dota 2 after a brutal week. You fire up your rig, Steam screams to life… and then nothing. "No internet connection," it taunts. Your ISP's gone belly-up, apparently choosing this exact moment to have an existential crisis. The frustration? Palpable. The dreams of MMR gains? Dashed. The question screaming in your head? Why can't I play Dota 2 offline in 2021?!
